  1. Boat Ride in Pichola Lake: This is a must-visit place and activity to do in Udaipur. With a boat ride, you can cover the entire lake and also witness some iconic places located around the lake, such as City Palace, Jag Mandir, and some iconic hotels like Lake Palace, Leela Palace, and Oberoi Palace.

  2. City Palace: A stunning palace complex built in the 16th century, consisting of several palaces, courtyards, and gardens. There are so many picturesque locations inside the City Palace, and it’ll take around 2 hours to visit the entire palace. Don’t forget to take your time to experience the grandeur of the palace.

  3. Jagdish Temple: A 17th-century temple dedicated to Lord Vishnu. The temple is known for its beautiful carvings and architecture. The temple is small, so it won’t take up your time.

  4. Monsoon Palace / Sajjangarh: A hilltop palace where you can see the panoramic views of the city and surrounding hills. The Palace was built in the 19th century for the royal family so that they could enjoy the clouds in the monsoon season. The Palace is located at the top of the hills. You can either use a bike/car to reach there or can also do the hike to reach the top. The entire area is declared a wildlife sanctuary.

  5. Bagore ki Haveli: A historic haveli turned into a museum where you can enjoy the traditional Rajasthani culture and folk art. The Haveli is located on the bank of Pichola Lake near the famous Gangaur Ghat. The haveli also hosts daily cultural shows in the evening, including traditional Rajasthani dance performances and music.

Udaipur is a small place, and 3 days are enough to cover almost everything in Udaipur.

  4. Saheliyon ki Bari: Also called Garden of Maidens in English, the garden is specifically built for the queens and their maids so that they can enjoy their private time in the garden. The garden has fountains, kiosks, flowers, lotus pools, and marble elephants. An interesting thing about the garden is that there was no pump at the back of time, so they connected the garden with Fateh Sagar Lake. Gravity pulls the water from the lake and runs the fountains.
